Garments
A guide to how we will process your order here at Shinobi Screen Print
One of our highly knowledgeable team will follow this up with either an email or preferably a phone call, so that we can best assess how you can get the best quality print to suit your budget, running through all the options that are available to make sure that nothing will get left out of your finish product.
To start with we ask that you only send over a rough copy of the artwork, image or text that you would like to use. This is so we can evaluate the best way to print your design, and it can be sent over in any format you like.
With the ability to source a wide range of garments, ranging from 100% organic cotton hoodies to children's t-shirts, from promo tote bags to sportswear, as well as corporate and industrial work wear, we feel confident that we can find something to match your needs.
We offer the use of both water based and plastisol inks, and are confident that we can match any pantone colour that you may require for your design. We also have a selection of specialist inks and techniques on offer, so please ask us about what specialist options are available.
*It is worth noting that water based inks work best when used on 100% cotton fabric ,and that some colours of garment, such as purple or royal blue, can prevent the water based inks working to their full potential.*
Once all of the details have been worked out, we will send you a final quote. When this has been given the green light we will send you a pro-forma invoice, which is for the cost of the stock (garments). Once the pro-forma has been paid we will start to process your order. This is the last chance you will have to make any amendments to your order.
At this point you can send over the final design(s). The format you should send the final artwork files in is either as .psd, .ai or .pdf, in no less than 300dpi quality. If you are having any difficulties with sending over your artwork files, we can use our expertise to find a solution.
While we process and output your artwork, we will order your stock. We will then expose the screen(s) with your design(s). When the stock arrives we sort and organise it by size and design, before taking the various measurements needed to ensure the accuracy we achieve with our printing. We then make a final check with our colour matching choices to make sure that everything is 100% correct before we begin the print.
With nearly a decade of experience, our head ninja printer will use all his ninjustu skills to make sure that your design(s) will be printed to a flawless finish. As we use a manual carousel to print with, you can rest assured that the entire print process is quality controlled from start to finish.
There are many options of post print finishing that you can apply to your garments, from re-labelling, to having them folded, bagged and tagged, or simply having them boxed up and delivered to your door. Whatever post print processes you would like to do we can help make it happen.
If you would like any further information regarding any of the processes involved with how we produce our screen printed products, then please get in touch and we will be more than happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
